Allison will lead a 60 minute audio only yoga class that will include centering your energy, breathing exercises, yoga asana, relaxation, meditation, and chanting.
The hope is to help your nervous system relax, your body to feel flexible and strong, and to encourage devotion to Reality by paying attention to the moment at hand - and to work with it directly and consciously.
You’ll have lifetime access to these audio recordings on Teachable, and will receive a new class every week for 9 weeks beginning Jan 10. Since there will be no visual prompts, only a backdrop of nature pictures, you may want to have some familiarity with the basic yoga asana poses already, but Allison will do her best to teach with clear verbal cues so that all levels of practitioners - including beginners - can relax their way into the positions.
